Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle so you keep full access through the period you've paid for.
Yes - annual plans get 2 months free (roughly 17% off). Prices shown are monthly billing rates. Annual pricing: Starter $290/yr, Growth $790/yr. Enterprise is custom regardless of billing period.
